Mohan Raj Adhikari (born 28 December 1989, Jhapa, Nepal) is a Nepali TV producer and director with experience across major networks. He worked as Production Incharge at Araniko Television, Executive Producer at Kastamandap Television, and later joined Nepal Star and ADY Production as a VDO Director. He is also a Producer at AP1TV and has served as Assistant Director for Nepal Idol, contributing to reality‑show production and studio direction.

Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Madhab Raj Kharel's contributions have significantly impacted the Nepali film industry, and he continues to be an influential figure in the field.
