Ramesh Kadariya

Nava Dhungel is a music video and TV commercial director originally from Okhaldhunga, Nepal. His directing career began with the music video "Chirera Dekhauna Sakdina" by Sudhir Deuja. Since then, he has directed over 80 music videos and more than 30 TV commercials, establishing himself as a key figure in the industry. Beyond directing, Nava Dhungel has contributed to television production, serving as Senior Program Producer at News 24 and e24 Television for three years. His storytelling expertise extends to reality television, where he worked as the story director of Nepal Idol. He is also the founder and director of Artist Nepal, a platform supporting artists and media professionals. He leads ArtistNepal Media Network, ArtistNepal Studios, and ArtistNepal Academy, which operate under the Artist Nepal Network in Nepal &  New York.

Madhab Raj Kharel  (Madhab Kharel) is a prominent figure in the Nepali film industry. He began his career in 1998 with his first written and directed drama, "Jana Chetana," which became immensely popular in Nepal at that time. Following the success of "Jana Chetana," he produced and directed telefilms such as "Kasur" and "Kasto Yo Jiwan." Throughout his career, Kharel has directed several films that focus on human rights, love stories, research-based subjects, and women's rights. Some notable films in his directorial portfolio include "Hyebe Karait Bhor," "Birano Maya," "Dhunge Yug" (the first Nepali Silence movie ), "Dhunge Yug ... The Human Civilization," "Gadhimai 2066," "Durgamandu" & "Chitthi" In addition to his filmography, Kharel has directed around two dozen plus documentary films and over two dozen music videos to date. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through various awards and honors. Some of the accolades he has received include the Jury in Samjhana Digital Film Award (D-Cine Award) 2010, Sudaradevi Music Award in 2015 and 2018, Music Khabar Music Award in 2015, Model Songs Awards in 2018, Nepal Cultural International Film Festival in 2018 & 2021, Sagarmatha Music Award in 2018, Rastriya Sangeetkarmi Music Award in 2018, National Entertainment Award in 2021, and the Nepal-Africa Film Festival in 2021 & 2022. Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Madhab Raj Kharel's contributions have significantly impacted the Nepali film industry, and he continues to be an influential figure in the field. Phurba Sherpa is World Record Holder Producer/ Director. Started his journey into the world of Television in 2008 by working at National Television. He joined TTV in 2009 and directed popular shows such as War of DJ, The Flop Show, Cyber Sansaar (first gadgets and gizmos show in Nepal) and Little Champs (the first reality show from Private Channel in Nepali Television History). He is a graduate in Digital Filmmaking from SAE Institute, Australia. Mr. Sherpa has also worked on several international projects. In 2013, he joined an International Production House in Dubai called Studio 52 and worked for more than one year as the Director, he returned to Nepal in 2015 and has started working with CNN. As a Freelance Producer at CNN, he delivers video footage, still pictures, and stories from in and around Nepal that CNN uses on its platforms. Mr. Sherpa who joined AP1 HD TV in 2016 has been working in popular Television show includes Idea Studio Season 5, Tamasoma Jyotirgamaya, Glamour Guff and Rajatpat. He has directed more than 100 music videos, several TVCs, documentary films, and corporate videos. Phurba Sherpa is the producer/ director of the show Tamasoma Jyotirgamaya which has been included by World Book of Records, London for keeping the highest altitude television talk show filmed at 5550 meters at Everest base camp. Phurba Sherpa is Director of Band Champion Nepal which is most popular reality show in Nepali Television History.

As a vocalist and creative director, he has contributed to numerous music videos and collaborated with a wide range of artists in Nepal’s pop and commercial music scene. Alongside his direction and musical projects, Ryan is also recognized for his presence as a host, engaging audiences through interviews, artist features, and entertainment programs. His consistent involvement in performance, direction, and hosting highlights his versatility and growing influence in Nepal’s contemporary music and media landscape.
