Dinesh Raut is a Nepali film writer, director, producer and songwriter, He is known for I Am Sorry, November Rain (2014 film), Classic (film), Parva, Prasad & Prakash(2022) .Raut is the recipient of several awards,including National Film Awards and many other awards. Raut started his career at the age of 14 as a Theater Artist and later he worked as an assistant director in movie “Mero Euta Sathi Cha” before moving into directing. He made his directorial debut with “I am Sorry” (2012). His biggest success to date is November Rain, starring Aaryan Sigdel and Namrata Shrestha from which he received Box Office movies award 2015 Best film director award and CG DCine award 2015 in Best film Director. Raut's Classic (2016) also became a big success at the box office and won the National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) Film Director Award. Also received the Jury award for movie Classic at International Nepalese Artist Society (INAS) Award, 2016. Raut's recent release was “Parva” (2017) starring Koshish Chettri, Namrata Shrestha which also became a huge success in thriller genera.

Ashok Sharma is a veteran figure in Nepali cinema, known for his versatile contributions as an actor, director, producer, and screenwriter. Active since the late 1980s, he became one of the most commercially successful filmmakers of the 1990s and 2000s, shaping mainstream Nepali entertainment with family‑drama and social‑comedy hits. Sharma directed and produced popular films such as Dui Thopa Aansu, Allare, Dal Bhaat Tarkari, Mitini, and Jai Bhole, earning a reputation for clean storytelling, strong ensemble casting, and audience‑friendly humor. His work continues to influence new‑generation filmmakers, making him a respected pillar of the Nepali film industry.  

Alok Nembang (June 9, 1973 – November 6, 2014) was one of Nepal’s most influential film and music‑video directors, celebrated for shaping the visual language of modern Nepali pop culture. Beginning his career as a VJ and model, he went on to direct over 600 music videos, introducing cinematic style, fresh aesthetics, and youth‑driven storytelling. Nembang made his feature‑film debut with the hit romantic drama Sano Sansar (2008), followed by Kohi Mero (2010). Known for his creativity, discipline, and trend‑setting vision, he remains a defining figure in Nepal’s contemporary visual and musical landscape.

Simosh Sunuwar is a renowned Nepali director, producer, editor, and visual effects artist known for his contributions to the Nepali film industry. Born in Kathmandu, Nepal, he began his career as a music composer in 1992, working on numerous songs and radio jingles before transitioning into filmmaking. His directorial debut, Mission Paisa (2009), was a breakthrough success, establishing him as a talented filmmaker. He later directed First Love (2010), Mission Paisa 2: Reloaded (2015), and Jhyanakuti (2017), each showcasing his expertise in storytelling and visual effects. His latest project, Hattichhap (2024), further solidifies his reputation in the industry. Simosh has also worked extensively in television commercials and music videos, bringing innovation to Nepali media through his skills in editing and animation. His dedication to filmmaking has earned him recognition and respect, making him a key figure in Nepal’s entertainment landscape.
