Samundra Bhatta

Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar was born on Saturday, Mangsir 13, 2032 (November 29, 1975) in Gaurishankar VDC of Sarlahi district to the late father Keshav Prasad Upreti and mother Narayani Devi Upreti. Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar obtained her bachelor's degree in film directing and screenwriting from the College of Film Studies in BS 2064.Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar had experience as an assistant director in the feature films 'Bir Ganeshman', 'Man Mandir', 'Siwandko Sindoor', and 'Mamaghar' from 2000 to 2002. She also served as the 'Costume Coordinator' for the film 'Bir Ganeshman'.Rauniyar was the event coordinator for the film awards ceremony organized by the Nepali Film Technicians Association in 2008 and 2011 and the awards organized by the Nepal Advertising Association in 2008 and 2010. She was also the event manager for the 'Business Excellence Awards' and 'Call Competition' ceremonies organized by Boss and Bhapatrika from 2004 to 2008. She also worked as a 'Marketing Executive' for 'Divya Drishti' Television (2001 to 2001), 'Marketing Personnel and Production' for 200 Channels Pvt. Ltd. (1996-1998), and 'Media Executive' for Key Mark Ad Agency (1998).In 2010, Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar worked as the Creative Head (ACH) for Balaji Telefilm Pvt. Ltd., Bombay, and in the same year, she worked as a coordinator for the documentary film 'Over Mumbai' produced by the Indian Embassy. The documentary analyzed the relationship between Nepal and Nepal. Before that, she worked as an assistant director on the film 'Raid Aar Rang' directed by Neeraj Pathak in 2009 and produced by Ikkon and Mukta Arts in 2009. She also worked as an assistant director on the film 'A Strange Love' by Crystal Films directed by Tariq Khan in 2009.She also worked as an assistant director in six feature-length films, each one produced by Bhandarkar Entertainment, which were broadcast on Sony Entertainment Television in Bombay in 2009.

Birendra Hamal is a theater artist, mentor and director. He has taught acting to hundreds of actors. Veteran actor and play director Birendra Hamal, who has been working in the theater for the past 35 years, has directed about 5 dozen plays, and has acted in hundreds of plays and a dozen films. Birendra, who became a hero in the film 'Godhuli', has already presented his acting skills in films like majadur, kaha bhetiyela, a mero hajur, shahid, sukha-dukha.

Yadav Kharel (born 23 February 1943 in Kavrepalanchowk) is a veteran Nepali film director, writer, lyricist, and producer, widely regarded as one of the most influential creative figures in Nepali cinema. He was among the first Nepali filmmakers to earn a formal diploma in Film Direction and Production from the London Film School in 1971, establishing a new professional standard in the industry . Kharel began his career at Radio Nepal before transitioning into filmmaking, where he became known for directing genre‑defining works, including Nepal’s first major comedy‑satire, historical drama, historical biopic, and mythological film . He also served as the founding chairperson of the Film Development Board (2000–2002), shaping national film policy and institutional growth .    

Starting from his early life in Biratnagar, Prakash Pathak was born in 2001 B.S. (1944 AD) and later became a familiar face in Nepali cinema. He entered the Nepali film industry in the early 2040s B.S. (1980s AD), gradually establishing himself through steady, heartfelt performances in social and family‑oriented films.Over the course of nearly three decades, Pathak contributed to a wide range of Nepali feature films and telefilms. He appeared in several well‑known titles, including Mayalu, Tilahari, Gopikrishna, Tuhuro, and Bandhan, along with numerous other productions across the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.Prakash Pathak was known for portraying grounded, relatable characters — often fathers, uncles, community figures, or emotionally layered supporting roles. His natural acting style, calm presence, and ability to reflect everyday Nepali life made him a respected contributor to the golden and transitional eras of Nepali cinema.
