Amrita Uprety is a gifted Nepali flautist and classical musician, known for her soulful performances and dedication to the bansuri (Indian bamboo flute). Originally from Nepal, she has been a residential disciple at Vrindaban Gurukul, the prestigious music school founded by Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, for over 15 years. Her training under the legendary maestro has shaped her into one of the most promising female flautists in the Indian classical tradition. Amrita has performed at major cultural events such as the RFPA Holi Festival 2022, and has received accolades including the Girnar Festival Award and the Female Flautist Award from the Sundari Wadan Festival. Her music blends technical precision with emotional depth, captivating audiences across India and Nepal. She continues to represent Nepali talent on international stages, inspiring young musicians—especially women—to pursue classical music with passion and discipline.

Buddha Lama is a musically talented young personality. He used to keep peoples spellbound by playing popular folk tunes in flute from his childhood. He came to Kathmandu for his further theoretical & practical courses in flute after finishing his schooling. In Kathmandu , he met flute instructor Jeevan Ale. Then he started both theoretical & practical classes in classical music. During his learning period he came to know from his instructor that no one can make flutes professionally in Nepal and it was hard to get even a perfect scaled flute in Nepal . People had to go to India to get a perfect flute. One day he determined to make flute himself in Nepal and after few years of his study he succeeded. Now world renowned flute-maestro from Nepal like Prem Ran Autari from ‘Sur Sudha' band, Himalayan Flutist Manose Sing, Pancha Lama from Chautari band and other well-known flutists are using flutes made by him. He also supplies his flutes in USA, Japan, Switzerland and other countries. All the effort he puts in result in quality flutes that have a massive and ever increasing demand abroad. He is pleased with this and plans to further improve the quality and as well address a wider market thus helping spread the melodious tune of flutes all around the world.

JB Lama is one of Nepal’s senior and most respected flutists, widely recognized for his decades‑long contribution to Nepali modern, folk, and film music. He has collaborated with legendary icons including Narayan Gopal, Gopal Yonjan, Nati Kaji, Fatteh Man, and many others, shaping the sound of Nepali music across multiple eras. Lama is also credited with creating his own flute‑playing pattern, a stylistic signature still followed by many contemporary flutists.

Binod Katuwal is a Nepali bansuri flutist, multi‑instrumentalist, and music teacher from Kathmandu, currently based in Barcelona, Spain. With 17–20 years of professional experience, he performs Nepali and Indian bamboo flute across world‑fusion, spiritual, folk, and contemporary styles, collaborating with local and international musicians.A versatile instrumentalist, he also plays percussions, didgeridoo, ukulele, and practices overtone singing, blending these elements into his global fusion sound. His work spans live performances, studio recordings, sound‑healing sessions, and independent album releases. His digital catalog includes albums such as Breath of Bansuri, Nepali Alaap, Didge Therapy, and the 2026 release SINGARY.Katuwal’s music is featured on platforms like YouTube, Bandcamp, and his official website, where he continues to expand his repertoire through collaborations and cross‑cultural projects.
