Sohan Manandhar is a Nepali post‑production specialist known for his extensive work across major Nepali television reality shows. He began his career at Image Channel HD, building a foundation in broadcast editing before moving into high‑visibility national franchises. He served as Visual Editor for The Voice of Nepal and The Voice of Nepal Kids, shaping the visual rhythm and emotional pacing of the shows. At AP1 TV, he worked as Post‑Production Head & Chief Video Editor, and later led the Post‑Production and Editing Department for Nepal Idol Season 1, contributing to the show’s signature visual identity.

Mohan Raj Adhikari (born 28 December 1989, Jhapa, Nepal) is a Nepali TV producer and director with experience across major networks. He worked as Production Incharge at Araniko Television, Executive Producer at Kastamandap Television, and later joined Nepal Star and ADY Production as a VDO Director. He is also a Producer at AP1TV and has served as Assistant Director for Nepal Idol, contributing to reality‑show production and studio direction.

Madhab Raj Kharel  (Madhab Kharel) is a prominent figure in the Nepali film industry. He began his career in 1998 with his first written and directed drama, "Jana Chetana," which became immensely popular in Nepal at that time. Following the success of "Jana Chetana," he produced and directed telefilms such as "Kasur" and "Kasto Yo Jiwan." Throughout his career, Kharel has directed several films that focus on human rights, love stories, research-based subjects, and women's rights. Some notable films in his directorial portfolio include "Hyebe Karait Bhor," "Birano Maya," "Dhunge Yug" (the first Nepali Silence movie ), "Dhunge Yug ... Some of the accolades he has received include the Jury in Samjhana Digital Film Award (D-Cine Award) 2010, Sudaradevi Music Award in 2015 and 2018, Music Khabar Music Award in 2015, Model Songs Awards in 2018, Nepal Cultural International Film Festival in 2018 & 2021, Sagarmatha Music Award in 2018, Rastriya Sangeetkarmi Music Award in 2018, National Entertainment Award in 2021, and the Nepal-Africa Film Festival in 2021 & 2022. Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Madhab Raj Kharel's contributions have significantly impacted the Nepali film industry, and he continues to be an influential figure in the field.
