Norden Tenzing is a legendary Nepali vocalist and the charismatic frontman of The Hillians, the pioneering Darjeeling band that helped define the sound of modern Nepali pop and rock. Known for blending Western harmonies with Nepali melodic roots, he became one of the most influential voices of the 1970s–80s music renaissance in the hills. His evergreen hits — “Musu Musu Hasideu,” “Gajalu Aakhai Chopne,” and other beloved tracks — cemented his status as a cultural icon across the Nepali‑speaking world. Norden’s soulful voice, innovative arrangements, and electrifying stage presence introduced a fresh musical identity that inspired generations of artists. Through his work with The Hillians, he expanded the creative possibilities of Nepali modern music and remains celebrated as one of Darjeeling’s most enduring musical legends.

Sagar Sharad Adhikari is a singer and music composer from Dang, Nepal, known for his melodic sensibility and heartfelt contemporary Nepali compositions. Emerging as a promising voice in the modern music scene, he has created songs that blend emotional depth with clean, expressive arrangements. His notable works include “Timro Yaad,” “Mero Man,” “Aankha Bhari,” and “Saano Saano Kura,” which highlight his warm vocal tone and lyrical sincerity. Adhikari continues to expand his musical footprint through studio recordings, collaborations, and live performances, establishing himself as a rising creator with a distinct artistic identity.

Sukmit Gurung, originally Sukmit Ongmu Lepcha, is a Nepali singer known for her contributions to modern classical Nepali music. She was born in Gangtok, Sikkim, and later settled in Nepal. Her musical journey began when she won a voice contest organized by Radio Nepal, which helped her establish herself in the Nepali music industry. She debuted in Ambar Gurung's musical play "Malati Mangale", and her first recorded song was "Sunchadi Bhanda Mahango", a duet with Om Bikram Bista. Some of her most popular songs include "Priyatam", "Relimai", "Pal Pal", and "Dhoka Dieu Timile". She has sung over 400 songs, collaborating with renowned musicians like Gopal Yonzon, Ambar Gurung, and Sambhujeet Baskota. Beyond Nepali music, she has also performed in Newari and Japanese and represented Nepal in the ABU Golden Kite WSF 1990, an international music festival. She has contributed to charity performances in Nepal and abroad and worked as an assistant music director at Nepal Pragya Prathisthan, a government organization promoting Nepali literature, music, and culture.
