Arjun Kaushal is a seasoned Nepali singer, composer, and lyricist originally from Palpa. His journey into music is as heartfelt as it is inspiring. After a difficult childhood marked by his parents’ separation, he moved with his mother to Gulmi and later to Delhi at just 11 years old, where he worked in a mechanic shop. It was there that his love for music blossomed—he bought a harmonium with his earnings and began teaching himself to play by ear. Returning to Nepal at 15, he enrolled in a singing school in Palpa and eventually made his way to Kathmandu to pursue music more seriously. Despite lacking formal training, Kaushal immersed himself in the craft, learning through practice and collaboration with fellow musicians like Laxmi Neupane and Durga Gurung. His debut album Aaune Dashain Ma (2054 BS) was self-produced but didn’t gain much traction. However, his second album Manai Ta Ho became a regional hit in mid- and far-western Nepal.  

Suresh Kumar Chhetri is a noted Nepali singer, songwriter and  Author from Darjeeling, admired for his romantic and melodious style. His songs such as “Gajalu Le Aankhai Chhope,” “Jharana Ko Chiso Pani,” and “Timi Mero Jindagi” have become beloved hits among Nepali listeners, especially across the Darjeeling hills and diaspora communities. Beyond singing, he is also an accomplished lyricist, penning many of his own popular numbers. As an author, he has documented his creative and personal journey in the book Geet Bhitra Ko Suresh Kumar, offering intimate reflections on music, memory, and identity. His dual legacy as a performer and writer has made him a distinctive and enduring voice in contemporary Nepali music.

Bishwo Pradhan, known professionally as BL Pradhan, is a Nepali music artist and singer recognized for his contributions to modern Nepali music through studio recordings and digital releases. His work appears in Nepali music archives and streaming platforms, where he is credited for songs such as “Aakhako Maya,” “Natak Aba,” and “Timi Mai Suru Din Mero.” These credits are listed in Nepali music databases including TunesNepal, confirming his active presence as a recording artist.BL Pradhan’s musical style leans toward melodic modern Nepali compositions, often centered on emotional themes and expressive vocal delivery. Mallika Karki is one of the famous singers of the country. Originally from a remote village in Morang, she made this far despite a limited opportunity. She has done duet with several national and international artist including Udit Narayan Jha, Kumar Sanu, Ramkrishna Dhakal and Kumar Kancha. She started her singing career in 2064 BS with the duo song with Udit Narayan Jha titled ‘Laaj ko Lali’. She is known for her hits like ‘Yeti Dherai Manche Haru Ko Bhid Maa’, ‘Timile Nasamjhida Maya’, Aakhai Ma Rakhu Ki’ and ‘Kasari Kasari Aayou’. Her melodious voice entitled her to prestigious awards like Kalika Music Award, Sagarmatha Music Award, Music Khabar Music Award and Bindabasini Music Award.
