Narayan Gopal Gurucharya (नारायणगोपाल गुरुआचार्य) (October 4, 1939 – December 5, 1990), known professionally as Narayan Gopal and N. Gopal  was a prominent popular singer and composer of Nepali music. Regarded one of the most significant cultural icons in Nepal, he is referred as “Swar Samrat” (Nepali: स्वर सम्राट, meaning: Emperor of Voice) in Nepal. He is also known as “Tragedy King” owing to his numerous tragedy songs. He also sang in Nepalbhasa. Owing to his vocal range he was capable of singing songs of every Nepalese genre. Often, his songs were accompanied by the sitar, harmonium and flute. He was also a music director during the 1950s to the 70s and belongs to the first generation of professional Nepali singers. His songs have been showcased in several movies and dramas across the country. Narayan Gopal released 137 songs during his lifetime, his first songs were composed by his friend Prem Dhoj Pradhan and his teacher Manik Ratna. Gopal is one of the most celebrated and influential musicians of the 20th century and received many awards during his lifetime.

Sunil Bardewa was a gifted Nepali pop singer, songwriter, arranger, and guitarist. Born in Kathmandu, Nepal, in 1972, he gained recognition for his exceptional guitar skills and heartfelt melodies. Bardewa was part of the band "The Matrix," which won the Sajan Smriti Pop Song Contest in 1995. His popular songs, such as "Goreto Ani Ustai Cha Galli" and "Bihani Ma," remain cherished by fans of Nepali music. Tragically, Bardewa passed away at the age of 44 on September 13, 2016. His contributions to Nepali pop music continue to inspire and resonate with listeners.

Samir Acharya is a Nepali singer, songwriter, and music composer known for his modern–folk fusion style and a career spanning more than three decades. He released his debut album Jun in 2054 BS (1997 AD) under Music Nepal, featuring his first recorded song “Othma Lali Ae Kali Kali.”While living in Australia, Acharya released his second album Taraz in 2069 BS (2012 AD), expanding his musical reach to a new generation of listeners. His third album, Bada Gajabko in 2071 BS (2014 AD), further strengthened his identity as a versatile creator blending melodic pop with folk influences.Since 2014 AD (2071 BS onward), he has continued to release a steady stream of successful singles, many of which have become audience favorites across radio, television, and digital platforms. Residing in Australia, Acharya remains active in writing, composing, and producing music, maintaining a consistent presence in the Nepali music scene.

Kehar Limbu (Kehar Sing Limbu) is a Nepali singer, songwriter, and music artist originally from Sankhuwasabha and now based in Kathmandu, known for his soulful vocal tone, modern folk‑pop style, and emotionally resonant storytelling. Active across digital platforms and mainstream music, he has released popular songs such as “Sarara Sarara,” “Baiguni,” “Samjhana,” “Soltini,” “Bahana,” and “Timi Lai Samjhera 2,” along with the 2025 live version of “Kata Chhau” from Kumari. His music blends contemporary Nepali melodies with heartfelt lyrics, earning millions of views on YouTube and strong streaming presence on Apple Music and Spotify. Kehar Limbu continues to rise as a versatile voice in the Nepali music scene, recognized for his consistency, authenticity, and ability to connect deeply with listeners.
