Madhab Raj Kharel  (Madhab Kharel) is a prominent figure in the Nepali film industry. He began his career in 1998 with his first written and directed drama, "Jana Chetana," which became immensely popular in Nepal at that time. Following the success of "Jana Chetana," he produced and directed telefilms such as "Kasur" and "Kasto Yo Jiwan." Throughout his career, Kharel has directed several films that focus on human rights, love stories, research-based subjects, and women's rights. Some notable films in his directorial portfolio include "Hyebe Karait Bhor," "Birano Maya," "Dhunge Yug" (the first Nepali Silence movie ), "Dhunge Yug ... The Human Civilization," "Gadhimai 2066," "Durgamandu" & "Chitthi" In addition to his filmography, Kharel has directed around two dozen plus documentary films and over two dozen music videos to date. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through various awards and honors. Some of the accolades he has received include the Jury in Samjhana Digital Film Award (D-Cine Award) 2010, Sudaradevi Music Award in 2015 and 2018, Music Khabar Music Award in 2015, Model Songs Awards in 2018, Nepal Cultural International Film Festival in 2018 & 2021, Sagarmatha Music Award in 2018, Rastriya Sangeetkarmi Music Award in 2018, National Entertainment Award in 2021, and the Nepal-Africa Film Festival in 2021 & 2022. Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Hira Singh Khatri is regarded as one of the earliest architects of Nepali cinema, best known for directing Aama (1964), the first Nepali feature film produced in Nepal under the Royal Nepal Film Corporation. His work marked the formal beginning of Nepal’s national film industry, establishing narrative, technical, and production standards for future filmmakers. Khatri later directed Hijo Aaja Bholi (1967), further strengthening the foundation of Nepali storytelling on screen. His films emphasized patriotism, social values, and emotional realism, influencing a generation of emerging directors. As a pioneering figure who helped transition Nepal from stage and radio culture into cinematic expression, Hira Singh Khatri’s contribution remains a defining milestone in the history of Nepali filmmaking.

Bishal Bhandari is a Producer Director at Nepali Film Industry. Owner/Managing Director at Three Production Pvt. Ltd. and Producer Director at Comedy Champion.He has previously worked as a producer on The Voice of Nepal and Nepal Idol. He Studied Acting & Direction at Aarohan Gurukul.
