As the champion, he received a cash prize of Rs 2,500,000. He came from a very ordinary family in Bardia, Nepal and came to Kathmandu to study music. After becoming the winner of Nepal Idol, the demand for song recording with Karan has also increased.

Born in Madi, Rambeni Sankhuwasava on July 29, 1966, Yogendra Mani Dahal discovered his love for music early on.
