The story centers around three main characters in a Himalayan village:The Setup: Following the passing of his wife, Bhena (Wilson Bikram Rai) lives a quiet, lonely life raising his two young children, spending most of his time fishing in the river and drinking.The In-Laws' Plan: Concerned for his well-being and the children, his in-laws decide to arrange a marriage between him and their younger daughter, Kanchhi (Mariska Pokharel). However, Kanchhi opposes the idea because her heart belongs to someone else.The Twist: Meanwhile, the elder sister-in-law, Maili (Rajani Gurung)—whose husband has been away for ten years—harbors feelings for Bhena and wants to marry him herself.The Conflict: The narrative creates a funny yet emotional dilemma around which Sali (sister-in-law) will ultimately end up with the Bhena (brother-in-law).
