He works as a Creative Manager at Mindworks Media & Events Pvt. Ltd., leading visual design, motion graphics, and creative direction for commercial and broadcast projects.Baniya has also served as a Graphics Specialist at Himalaya TV, contributing to on‑air graphics, show branding, and visual packaging. As a Co‑founder of Tauwa Studio, he is involved in film publicity design, motion graphics, and digital content creation. Alongside studio work, he continues to operate as a Freelance Motion Graphic Designer & VFX Compositor, collaborating with production houses, event companies, and media networks in Kathmandu.

Lokesh Bajracharya is a senior Nepali editor, director, and post‑production leader with a career spanning more than two decades. He is best known for serving as Chief, Editing & Graphics and Production Head at AP1 TV from September 15, 2015 to December 30, 2020, where he shaped the visual identity of major national television programs, including Nepal Idol Seasons 2–3.

Kumar Shah is a Nepali film and music‑video director, editor, and VFX artist known for his technical versatility and behind‑the‑scenes contribution to Nepal’s modern visual production scene. Active across direction, post‑production, and visual effects, he has worked on multiple music videos and independent film projects, building a reputation for clean editing style and strong visual storytelling.In 2014, he officially announced his action feature film “Kartik”, a project that generated industry attention for its ambitious action‑drama concept. The film was partially shot but remained unfinished due to production challenges, leaving it as one of Nepal’s notable incomplete film projects of the decade.Despite the halted project, Kumar Shah continues to be recognized for his multi‑disciplinary skill set in direction, editing, and VFX, contributing to various Nepali visual productions and maintaining a respected presence in the technical side of the industry.
