Sabin Bastola

Shambhu Rai (शम्भु राई) is a legendary figure in Nepali music—a singer, songwriter, composer, and sarangi player whose work bridges traditional folk and modern styles. Born in Chungmang, Dhankuta, he rose to prominence in the 1980s and 1990s with his heartfelt lyrics and distinctive voice. Some of his most iconic songs include: “Chitthi Timilai Lekhu Bhanchu” “Yo Man Bhanchha Kaha Jau” “Chalechha Batas Sustari” “Aalu Dam Chana” He is also known for his mastery of the sarangi, a traditional Nepali string instrument, which adds a soulful texture to his compositions. Beyond performance, Shambhu Rai has contributed to the institutional development of Nepali music—he currently serves as the Vice Chancellor of the Nepal Academy of Music and Drama.

Pramod Pradhan is a Nepali guitarist and music instrumentalist known for his work in live concerts, studio sessions, and pop music performances. Active across numerous stages, he has supported many Nepali pop singers as a live guitarist and contributed to recordings in various music studios. As a TV producer, he has contributed to developing youth‑focused and entertainment‑driven programs, helping elevate broadcast production quality in Nepal.

Raj Ballav Koirala is a Nepali actor known for his versatile performances in the Nepali film industry. He began his career as a radio jockey at Pokhara F.M 95.8 before transitioning to modeling and acting. Raj gained significant attention for his performance in the music video for the song "Bheteyara Chuttnu" by Karna Das. His major breakthrough came with the lead role in the movie "Parkhi Basen", which celebrated its 100th day of release in cinema halls on August 8, 2008. With over 20 films to his credit, Raj Ballav Koirala has delivered applauded performances in movies like "Apabad", "Masaan", and "Pal". He has received several awards, including the Best Debut Actor (Male) at the KTV Film Awards in 2008 and the Best Actor in a Negative Role at the Digital Cinema Awards and Box Office Awards in 2010. Raj was also awarded the Outstanding Youth of the Year (2011) by JCI International, Nepal Jaycees.
