Before entering feature filmmaking, Roshan directed more than 70 music videos and wrote over 10 songs. His notable directorial works include Bayan, Aadat, and Ramāune Manchhe, while his songwriting credits include Aafnai Swartha, Naya Itihas, Bhool Bhayo, and songs for his debut feature film Pratibairam. Despite having no formal education in filmmaking, Roshan built his career through practical experience and self-learning.
