Shanti Thatal (शान्ति ठटाल) is a renowned Nepali music composer and singer known for her contributions to the Nepali film industry. Born on April 4, 1938, in Darjeeling, India, she is celebrated as the first female music composer in the Nepali film industry. Shanti Thatal has composed music for several Nepali films and has more than 200 songs to her credit. Some of her well-known songs include "Mayalu Ley Samjhe Ki Kaso", "Udi Jaun Bhaney Mo Panchi Hoina", and "Samhalera Rakha". Shanti Thatal's work has earned her numerous accolades, including the Jagadamba Shree Puraskar in 2020 for her contribution to Nepali music. She has also been awarded the Master Mitra Sen Smriti Award for Music by the Sikkim government in 2002.

Lama and Kaili Lama, he attended various schools and completed his SLC from Shanti Bidhya School. Early Life and Education: Born on February 5, 1959, in Charikot, Dolakha, Nepal, Shakti Ballav is the son of Laxmi Kumar Shrestha and Khadga Kumari Shrestha. He pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trichandra College, Kathmandu. His musical education was under the tutelage of the late Chetnath Sharma, specializing in Eastern Classical Music. Musical Career: Shakti Ballav commenced his journey in music composition in 1975 (2032 B.S.). His first recorded piece aired on Radio Nepal in 1978 (2035 B.S.), featuring lyrics by Dr. Dirgha Singh Bam and vocals by Pratap Adhikari. Deshbhakta Khanal is a talented actor and director from Nepal. He began his career in theater, performing in plays like Gorakha Bhartikendra and Merchant of Venice. Later, he transitioned to television as an assistant director, working on the series Guruaama Nepalki. His film career took off with Bijaya Parajaya, where he contributed as both an actor and assistant director. Over the years, he has acted in more than 20 feature films, 45 TV serials, and 35 stage dramas. He has also worked as a scriptwriter for around 20 projects. In 1999, he started directing Nepali films, with notable works including Pinjada, Man Mero Mandaina, Santan Thari Tharika, Baazee, and Achanak. Additionally, he has been involved in international projects, such as the Japanese film Miteri Gaun (Tomodachi No Mura) and the American movie Highway to Dhampus.
