Reshraj Acharya was a respected Nepali film director known for his emotional storytelling and strong command of family and social‑themed cinema. He began his directorial journey with the film Tilhari and went on to direct notable works such as Tuhuro, Mato Bolchha, Bandhan, Aama, Man Muttu Ra Maya, Mayako Saino, Bhagyale Jurayo, Nagad Narayan, and Dharmasankat.
