Arjun Kaushal is a seasoned Nepali singer, composer, and lyricist originally from Palpa. His journey into music is as heartfelt as it is inspiring. After a difficult childhood marked by his parents’ separation, he moved with his mother to Gulmi and later to Delhi at just 11 years old, where he worked in a mechanic shop. It was there that his love for music blossomed—he bought a harmonium with his earnings and began teaching himself to play by ear. Returning to Nepal at 15, he enrolled in a singing school in Palpa and eventually made his way to Kathmandu to pursue music more seriously. Despite lacking formal training, Kaushal immersed himself in the craft, learning through practice and collaboration with fellow musicians like Laxmi Neupane and Durga Gurung. His debut album Aaune Dashain Ma (2054 BS) was self-produced but didn’t gain much traction. However, his second album Manai Ta Ho became a regional hit in mid- and far-western Nepal.  

Anamika Malla is a Nepali singer known for her soft, emotional vocal style and her contribution to modern Nepali sentimental and melodic music. She gained recognition through her popular songs “Feri Kina Antim Palta”, “Ki Farki Aau”, and “Ek Chimti Sindur”, which remain her most‑viewed works on digital platforms. Her music often blends simplicity, heartfelt expression, and clean melodic phrasing, making her a familiar voice in Nepali modern music.

Yasoda Parajuli (Kharel), born in Ashoj 2026 BS in Manipur, India, comes from a musical family. Her father, Chudamani Kharel, was a talented singer, although not a professional, and her mother, Bhima Kharel, was a dedicated housewife. Yasoda grew up alongside five siblings, spending most of her childhood and adult years in India. Despite the lack of formal music training in her early years, she developed a strong passion for music. Yasoda completed her schooling at Kangla Napongdi High School in Manipur and also completed her inter-level studies there. From an early age, she was deeply immersed in classical music and participated in various local programs, showcasing her budding musical talent. Before moving to Nepal, she contributed her voice to several Manipuri films, gaining recognition in the regional music scene. In 2048 BS, Yasoda moved to Kathmandu, Nepal, where she quickly became a part of the local music scene. She began singing live performances on Radio Nepal, focusing on classical songs. Her breakthrough moment came in the same year when she recorded her first song, "Din Dhalyo Andheri Raat Maa," which became an instant hit and established her as a household name in Nepali music. Following this success, Yasoda continued to build her career, contributing her voice to numerous albums. In 2049 BS, Yasoda married Ganesh Parajuli, a fellow musician and singer. Together, they released three duet albums: "Gaunko Maya," "Yugal," and "Saha Yatra," which were well-received by the public. For several years, they lived in Hong Kong, where they continued to perform and share their musical journey. Now back in Nepal, Yasoda is planning a new musical venture, hoping for continued love and support from her fans.

B.B. Anuragi is a celebrated Nepali music director, arranger, and playback singer, born on February 16, 1976. With a career spanning decades, he has composed and arranged music for over 40 songs and contributed as a lyricist and singer on several tracks. Known for blending traditional Nepali melodies with modern arrangements, Anuragi has left a lasting mark on the industry with hits like “Nazar Dami Hajur Ko” and “Prem Sansar”. His work reflects emotional depth and cultural richness, earning him a loyal fanbase. Beyond composing, he’s also recognized for nurturing emerging talent and shaping the soundscape of contemporary Nepali music.
