He served as Visual Editor for The Voice of Nepal and The Voice of Nepal Kids, shaping the visual rhythm and emotional pacing of the shows. At AP1 TV, he worked as Post‑Production Head & Chief Video Editor, and later led the Post‑Production and Editing Department for Nepal Idol Season 1, contributing to the show’s signature visual identity.

Banish Shah is a senior Nepali film editor active since 1995, recognized for shaping modern commercial and dramatic editing in Nepali cinema. Over a career spanning nearly three decades, he has edited more than 200 films, becoming one of the most prolific editors in the industry. His work ranges from blockbuster franchises to acclaimed dramas, earning honors including the Dcine Award (2079) for Best Editor.
