Dr. Krishnahari Baral is a distinguished Nepali lyricist, songwriter, poet, literary critic, and author. He was born on January 4, 1954, and is a professor of Nepali at the Central Department of Nepali, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu. Dr. Baral has written more than forty books, including course books, literary criticisms, and collections of lyric poetry. Dr. Baral's contributions to Nepali literature and music are significant, and he is well-respected in his field.
