Known for romantic and dramatic roles, Luitel earned the KTV Best Debutant Actor Award for Nasib Aafno (2010) and won Best Actor at the NFDC National Film Awards (2069) for Malati Ko Bhatti (2012). His career also includes modeling highlights such as the Sydney Fashion Show (2009) and a widely reported stunt injury the same year.
