Mahesh Mukhiya Sunuwar (born May 24, 1992) is a Nepali singer known for his lok‑pop and modern melodic style. He entered the Nepali music industry in 2065 BS (2008/2009 AD) with the songs ‘Kehi Din Ma Tadha’ and ‘Tyo Pari Gaunma’, both later included in his debut album ‘Aash’ (2067 BS ≈ 2010/2011 AD) — a four‑song collection rooted in lok‑pop flavors.In 2070 BS (2013/2014 AD), Sunuwar released his second album ‘Promise’, featuring six songs blending lok‑pop and sugam sangeet. Tracks such as ‘Sanile Chhodchha Baru’, ‘Oh Gori Oh Gori’, ‘Pathibhara Devi Kasam’, and especially ‘Mathi Mathi Lekma’ helped expand his popularity.
