With a career spanning decades, he has written the story, screenplay, and dialogue for more than 145 feature films, including major commercial hits such as Khalanayak, Dadagiri, Myanmar Dhadkan, and many others.Recognized for his strong command of emotional storytelling, action‑drama structure, and audience‑driven dialogue, Shrestha has become one of the most reliable and respected writers in the Nepali film industry. Alongside writing, he has also produced several films under his banner, further strengthening his creative footprint in Nepali cinema.
