His transition into film brought the same depth and nuance to the screen, where he has worked in various capacities—from acting to casting and script development.

Mukunda Mainali is a Nepali film and television actor known for his strong presence in social‑themed TV serials and his consistent contribution to Nepali screen acting. He is widely recognized for his role in the popular social serial “Juthe”, where he appears as one of the principal cast members alongside Rabi Giri, Bidhya Karki, Rambabu Regmi, Sarmila Sharma, and others.Mainali’s work in Juthe-a serial centered on the Dalit emancipation movement and social justice has made him a familiar face in contemporary Nepali television. The series airs on Himalaya Television and is directed by Raju Poudel and Marichman Shrestha.He is also credited as part of the cast of the iconic Nepali sitcom “Tito Satya”, one of Nepal’s longest‑running and most‑watched comedy‑drama series. The show featured a large ensemble cast, including Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula, Gopal Dhakal, Prem Pandey, and others, with Mukunda Mainali listed among the recurring actors.

Bhim Bahadur Thapa was a celebrated Nepali film actor known for his versatility, physical agility, and long-standing contribution to Nepali cinema. Active across several decades, he appeared in nearly 100 films and popular television serials, including Tito Satya. Thapa acted in notable films such as Basai (2005), Aama (1996), Tuhuro (1994), Arpan (1993), and Goreto (2002), earning recognition for his expressive performances and strong screen presence. Before entering cinema, he served in the British Army and even participated in World War II. Fondly known as “Nepali Tarzan,” “Nepali Babu,” and “Dancer,” he remained admired for his unique persona and dance skills. Thapa passed away on 13 June 2018 at the age of 92, leaving behind a memorable legacy in Nepali entertainment.

Anshu Maharjan is a Nepali film and television actress who began her career in the mid‑2000s, appearing in popular comedy serials such as Maha Chautari, other comedy shows, music videos, TV commercials, and the hit series Meri Bassai, where she performed alongside Jitu Nepal’s character “Mundreko Sauteni Aama.” Her early work in these widely loved programs established her as a natural performer with strong comedic timing and expressive acting.After building a solid foundation in television, she transitioned into films, appearing in projects such as Jatrai Jatra, Ganapati, Bar and Badhu, and Chameliko Poi. Her ability to shift effortlessly between comedy, drama, and character roles has made her a familiar and respected presence in both TV and cinema.
