Uma Giri

Thinley Lhamo (born circa 1997) is a Nepali-Tibetan actress best known for her powerful role as Pema in Shambhala (2024), Nepal’s Oscar entry and Berlinale selection. She previously starred in Naakaa (2017) and Hari (2018). Her performance in Shambhala earned her the Boccalino d’Oro Prize for Best Acting Performance at the 77th Locarno Film Festival. Lhamo’s journey began with the Nepal Tibet Opera Association, where she honed her stage presence. She trained under Anup Baral before landing the lead in Shambhala, a film shot in Dolpo’s rugged terrain

Starting from his early life in Biratnagar, Prakash Pathak was born in 2001 B.S. (1944 AD) and later became a familiar face in Nepali cinema. He entered the Nepali film industry in the early 2040s B.S. Anil Kurmi is a Nepali film and theatre actor, story–script writer, and director known for his work in short films, independent cinema, and his appearance in the feature film The Shameless (2024). His creative portfolio spans acting, writing, and directing across Nepali, Tharu, Bhojpuri, and Hindi language projects, making him a versatile emerging voice in Nepal’s contemporary film landscape.

Saroj Gopal Bajracharya was a prominent Nepali folk singer and cultural figure, celebrated for his contributions to the preservation and promotion of traditional Nepali music. Born in Pokhara, Nepal, he was deeply involved in the country's musical and broadcasting landscape.​ 🎶 Musical Career Bajracharya was renowned for his soulful folk songs that resonated with audiences across Nepal.
